She is great at offering modifications to suit any physical needs or limitations you have and at adapting movements to suit all bodies. Her sequences are always well-thought-out and flow beautifully between poses. Bryn creates a welcoming and reassuring environment in her classes that is amplified by her calming presence. Bryn curated a truly amazing outdoor series of yoga and mindfulness classes on a pay-what-you-can basis. I attended her classes as a way to recharge from the WFH life, to spend more time outside, and to reconnect with my body. Bryn’s classes were always very inclusive - she provides alternative movements and poses for participants of all experience levels. Bryn’s soothing voice and calm but grounded attitude fostered a safe and comfortable atmosphere (even when the class surroundings could sometimes be distracting). Bryn is a really encouraging, creative and inclusive teacher. I felt challenged while still feeling comfortable, which helped me get great results from this class.
